Candidates should have 3+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years selling into the MENA market, and a proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business. SFDC proficiency and experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction are required. Applicants must be located in EMEA and possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
As an Account Executive, Expansion, SMB | MENA, you will communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell, collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment, proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team, meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets, maintain accurate SFDC data, resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes, act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience, and build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
